Genziana Giacomelli, Human Resource Director, participated in the event “Parity: A Great Enterprise”, organized by the AdSP of the Eastern Ligurian Sea. During the roundtable discussion, she shared the journey that the Tarros Group has undertaken to achieve the UNI PdR 125:2022 Certification, highlighting the immediate benefits of the newly adopted practices.
