UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality

Tarros Group is pleased to announce the achievement of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality, a recognition that highlights the company’s commitment to promoting policies focused on equality, well-being, and inclusion. This certification confirms the adoption of transparent practices in recruitment and compensation, as well as training programs and concrete measures for work-life balance.

As highlighted by Genziana Giacomelli, Corporate HR Director the policies implemented include flexible working hours and smart working, with special attention given to parents who can adjust their working hours until their child turns three. In addition, a corporate welfare program has been introduced, focusing on the overall well-being of employees
