On the occasion of the event “Gen Z and Companies: A Dialogue Between Generations for the Future That Is Already Here,” organised by the Propeller Club of La Spezia, local businesses convened to reflect together on the role of Generation Z within companies.
Lorenzo Calzolari, Tarros Sales representative, addressed two significant questions: “What do you expect from the world of work?” and “How do you handle failure?”
The testimonies were introduced by Genziana Giacomelli, Tarros Group Corporate HR Director, and Giorgia Bucchioni, President of the training organisation Cisita.
