Tarros Group was among those present at Deportibus with the speech of Genziana Giacomelli, Corporate HR Director.

The speech underlined Tarros group’s strategy in the field of safety, underlining the group’s innovative approach that provides for a continuous and tailor-made training component, organized on the basis of the different peculiarities of the Group, made up of 28 offices throughout the Mediterranean. When it comes to safety – Giacomelli commented- in a Group as varied as Tarros , it is necessary to have an ambitious vision that goes beyond regulatory cogency: in this perspective, training is a key element to respond to the needs of the sector and to develop in the individual the awareness of the value created by their work. For this reason, we have implemented an innovative on-the-job training system that involves all colleagues from the various locations thanks to our Intercompany Job Rotation project.
