Certification for Gender Equality – work in progress

Tarros Group, in line with its goal to continuously improving accordingly its values, has started the process to obtain the Certification for Gender Equality, according to the criteria of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard.

This path was created to confirm and formalize the actions, policies and procedures necessary to ensure an inclusive work environment.
The new company policies will aim to promote a culture of gender equality within the organization and to guide corporate governance, processes, articulations and functions in pursuit of this objective.
